Currently, we only offer shipping to customers in Germany. Final shipping prices will always be displayed when checking out.

Currently, we can ship to every country inside the European Union. We’re unable to ship to “third world” countries that are not part of the union or left.

Shipped by ScootKit

Products shipped by ScootKit Software (as marked in the product details), are subject to the following fees.

Shipping inside Germany

Shipping to Germany via Deutsche Post (Cheapest Option):

• Category A: Items that fit in a letter. Shipped without tracking. Price: 1 €
• Category B: Items that require a “Bücherwarensendungen”. Shipped without tracking. Price: 2,50 €

If your order includes items from both categories, they will ship together for the price of the most expensive category (= 2,50 €).

Shipping via Deutsche Post usually takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping via DHL

Shipping via DHL takes between 2 and 4 business days for most addresses in Germany. Shipping via DHL does not cost more, regardless of what category is applicable.

• Without tracking: 3,99 €
• With tracking: 5,49 €

If you want to receive your package at a Packstation, please select DHL and use this guide to enter shipping details correctly.

Shipping to other EU counties

We only ship to other EU countries via DHL. The following prices are available:

• Without tracking and without insurance: 6,49 €
• With tracking and insurance: 8,99 €

We’re unable to use “Warensendung International” leading to higher shipping fees due to DHL’s restrictions on small senders (we’d need to send over 200+ packages a year to be able to ship way cheaper).

You won’t need to pay for import taxes or duties if your located inside the EU.

Pre-Orders

We aim to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and back-order products, but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside our control.

Orders that include a pre-ordered item will only be shipped once all pre-ordered items are available. This means that even items that aren’t for pre-order will need to wait until all pre-ordered items are available. To avoid this, consider making multiple orders. On-Demand items and items that require separate shipping costs (this will be displayed at checkout) are not subject to these restrictions and will ship as soon as possible.

You can cancel pre-ordered products free of charge before the display availability date on the product page by contacting us. After that, our usual policies apply.

Shipped by Printful

Some of our products are made On-Demand, meaning that they are produced for you after ordering it. This might take more time. For these products, our shipping prices vary based on product dimensions, but are usually around 3 € – 5 € per item. You’ll see available pricing, including estimated delivery dates, when checking out or in your cart.
